These General Conditions regulate the use of the Internet Portal that CODIGOO APP S.L (hereinafter, CODIGOO) makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the Portal). The use of the Portal implies the acceptance of these General Conditions, which the user must read each time he intends to use the Portal, because both the Portal itself and these conditions are subject to modifications.

1.1 Legal information.

1.2 Intellectual and industrial property.

All the contents of the Portal (texts, photographs, images, software, source codes, etc.), are the intellectual property of CODIGOO or third parties and may not be reproduced, copied, pasted, linked, transmitted, distributed or manipulated in any way and for any purpose, without the prior written authorization of CODIGOO, keeping at all times the "copyright" intact and any other indicator of the intellectual property of the materials or contents. Any use or modification of the Material or Content for any purpose other than that authorized in the General Conditions will be considered a violation of international copyright laws, which protect author's rights.

In particular, CODIGOO expressly opposes the reproduction of its pages being considered a quotation in the terms provided for in article 32, 1st second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law.

CODIGOO expressly reserves the intellectual property rights with respect to the reproductions and extractions of works and other accessible services from all its sites and websites for text and data mining purposes through machine-readable media or other means that are suitable for this purpose, as well as to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system or through generative AI.

Consequently, unless there is an agreement to do so, its reproduction, distribution, public communication - including making it available to the public - or transformation is expressly prohibited, regardless of whether the use of the work or service on any medium and by any technical means, in whole or in part, is in Spain or abroad.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

For the use of certain services offered by CODIGOO through its websites and applications in which personal data is requested from the user. The person responsible for the processing of the data provided will be the company CODIGOO that manages the service in which the registration is made.

At the time of the collection of personal data, all information related to the processing of your data will be provided through the corresponding legal notice, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, which guarantees the protection of the rights of the interested parties.

What data do we process?

CODIGOO will process the following data of users of its websites and applications, accessible from any device, including computers, mobile phones, connected televisions and tablets:

Registration data: data provided through the different forms on the websites and applications.

Information obtained through browsing in accordance with our Cookies Policy.

Recipients

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation.

In order to properly manage the service provided and the personal data of its users, CODIGOO will have the collaboration of third-party service providers who may have access to your personal data and who will process the aforementioned data on behalf of and on behalf of CODIGOO as a result of their provision of services. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. In such case, CODIGOO will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

Likewise, in certain cases the interested party may exercise their right to data portability, which will be delivered in a structured format, common or machine-readable to you or to the new data controller you designate.

As a centralized channel for the exercise of these rights, the interested party may send a communication to the email address privacy@codigoo.app or to the postal address of the Basque Data Protection Authority C/ Beato Tomás de Zumárraga, 71, 3rd Floor, 01008 Vitoria – Gasteiz, proving their identity and specifying the right they wish to exercise.

In any case, the interested party may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (as the competent Control Authority in matters of Data Protection), especially when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, by writing to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan, 6 28001-Madrid or through the website https://www.aepd.es.
