1.4 Introduction of links to the Portal.

Internet users who wish to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below:

The link will only link to the main page of the Portal but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.).

It is prohibited to establish frames of any kind that surround the Portal or allow the viewing of its contents through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal itself and, in any case, this prohibition also includes viewing them together with content outside the Portal, in such a way that: (I) it produces error, confusion or deception in users about the true origin of the content; (II) it constitutes an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (III) it serves to take advantage of the reputation of the brand and the prestige of CODIGOO; or (IV) in any other way it is prohibited by current legislation or violates the uses and customs of good professional practice that are generally accepted on the Internet.

No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about CODIGOO, its partners, employees, clients or about the quality of the services it provides will be made from the page that introduces the link. In no case will it be stated on the page where the link is located that CODIGOO has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.

The page that establishes the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not in any case have or link to its own or third-party content that is illegal, harmful or contrary to morality and good customs or that is inappropriate and conflicts with the activity of CODIGOO.

1.5 Linked Sites.

The Portal may include technical linking devices that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, "Linked Sites"). In these cases, CODIGOO acts as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.

CODIGOO is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, unavailability, error and uselessness of the Linked Sites or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to CODIGOO.

1.6 Acceptance of the general conditions.

The User undertakes to use the Portal and the services in accordance with the Law and these General Conditions, as well as with generally accepted morality and good customs and public order, responding to CODIGOO or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with said obligation.

1.7 CODIGOO Rules of Conduct for Chats, Blogs and Forums

The user agrees to use the Portal's chat, blog and forum services (hereinafter, the Services) in accordance with the law, these General Conditions of Use of the Portal, as well as with the law, morality and generally accepted good practices and public order.

CODIGOO informs you that user names ("Nicknames") are freely selected by each user and, consequently, does not guarantee that the Nicknames correspond to the true identity of the persons who use them.

CODIGOO is not responsible for the opinions, information or content transmitted by users through its own or third-party chat and messaging services. CODIGOO does not control the use that users make of its own or third-party chat and messaging services, so the messages or content published are the exclusive responsibility of the user, who will be liable for any damages of any kind that CODIGOO may suffer as a result of non-compliance with these General Conditions or the law.

In any case, and merely as an indication, the user undertakes not to use a user name, publish messages or any type of material or content that:

Contains advertising, of any kind.

Contravenes the right to honour, personal or family privacy or the image of people or violates third-party trade secrets.

Contravenes the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties.

Contains personal data of third parties (telephone numbers, addresses, e-mail, etc.).

Defends the actions or ideals of any type of terrorist group or organisation.

They contain criminal, derogatory, defamatory, violent, pornographic messages or, in general, are contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs and public order.

CODIGOO reserves the right to remove at any time, and at its discretion, messages that are contrary to the General Conditions of Use of the Portal or to current legislation.

In this regard, we ask for your active collaboration. If you find a message that you believe may belong to any of the categories listed (or if you simply consider it offensive or in bad taste) do not hesitate to report it to privacy@codigoo.app acts exclusively as the provider of this service. In this sense, we are not responsible for the use that may be made of it, the user being solely responsible for the consequences that its illicit use or use contrary to these conditions may have, as well as for the veracity and/or legality of the content published here.
